Istisna’

Istisna’ is a contract of sale of specified properties/assets to be manufactured or constructed with an obligation on the part of the Bank/seller to deliver them to the buyer/customer/purchaser upon completion as per the agreed complete specifications of the goods/assets/services or manufactured items, sales price, date and place of delivery.
