Documents Required to Open a Diaspora Account
- Application forms filled and signed by the applicant: Diaspora Account Opening Form.
- For Non-Resident Ethiopians: Passport & authenticated work permit.
- For Foreigners of Ethiopian origin: Passport & Yellow card.
- Initial Deposit: USD 100 is required and can be transferred through SWIFT:
- ZamZam_SWIFT Transfer Form (USD)
- ZamZam_SWIFT Transfer Form (EUR)
- ZamZam_SWIFT Transfer Form (GBP)
If unable to be present in person, obtain a letter from a nearby Ethiopian Embassy. Send this with the above documents to:
