ZamZam School Pay is a digital school-fee collection platform built by ZamZam Bank. It lets parents pay school fees anytime, from anywhere, using the channel that suits them without needing an account at ZamZam Bank. It gives schools a real-time, fully reconciled view of every payment, and removes the burden, delay, and risk of handling cash.

Whether a parent banks with ZamZam or with another bank entirely, and whether they prefer USSD, a mobile app, and an in-person branch visit, ZamZam School Pay meets them where they are while giving the school one simple, unified portal to manage it all.

How It Works?

As soon as a parent completes a payment through any supported channel the funds are settled directly into the school’s ZamZam Bank account and the school’s portal is updated instantly. The parent automatically receives an e-receipt as proof of payment; if for any reason it does not arrive immediately, the school’s portal still reflects the update right away.

Ways Parents Can Pay

No ZamZam account? No problem. Parents can pay from Telebirr, CBE Birr, Awash, CBE, OIB, and other linked accounts, plus Visa and MasterCard for parents paying from abroad.
